1. Instant & Reliable Delivery

We deliver medicines instantly within Indore through our in-house delivery team. Every order is verified, packed, and delivered carefully to ensure accuracy and product safety. As we do not use external courier services, customers can expect accurate and quick deliveries directly from our pharmacy.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of pharmaceutical products, most items sold through MedXpert Pharmacy are non-returnable once delivered correctly and in good condition.

• Medicines once sold cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
• No refunds will be processed for correctly delivered orders.

3. Eligible Scenarios for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Wrong medicine delivered (different from what was ordered).
• Damaged, broken, or expired products received.
• Missing items from the confirmed order.

4. Refund / Replacement Process

• Please report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share your order ID, invoice, and clear images of the product on WhatsApp or email.
• Once verified, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days.

5. Conditions Not Eligible for Refund

• Correct medicines delivered as per your confirmed order.
• Products opened, partially used, or tampered with after delivery.
• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
• Change of mind or incorrect order placement by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted due to the instant delivery model we follow.
