• Delivery is currently available only within Indore city limits.
• We stock Allopathic, Ayurvedic, and Homeopathic medicines, along with OTC, baby care, and wellness items.
• Prescription medicines require a valid doctor’s prescription before dispatch.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

All orders placed are subject to confirmation based on product availability and verification. Payment options include Razorpay, Google Pay, PhonePe, and other secure gateways.

• In case of a failed transaction, please contact us for manual verification.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or invalid prescription.

4. Delivery & Timelines

We aim to deliver orders instantly within Indore city. Delivery timelines may vary based on distance, time of order, and availability.

• Orders within Vijay Nagar, Palasia, Scheme No. 54, and nearby areas usually reach within 1 hour.
• Other parts of Indore are delivered within 2–4 hours.
• We currently do not deliver outside Indore.

5. Prescription Policy

All prescription-based medicines require a valid, recent prescription uploaded at checkout or shared via WhatsApp. Orders without prescriptions for regulated medicines may be cancelled.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, we follow strict guidelines for returns and refunds:

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect products delivered.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 3–5 business days after verification.
• Cancellation requests must be made within 15 minutes of order placement.
